$85 per night + 11% tax (up to 4 guests)
Rate includes 4 guests; $5 per person per night for each additional guest over 4
Cleaning fee: $60 (or $55 if only 2 guests)
Pet fee $25 1dog, 2nd dog $15 with approval.
Refundable deposit: $75

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel at least 14 days prior to the reservation, your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your reservation, the deposit is automatically forfeited.
