Tucked away on crystal clear Lake Apalachia, this home has a king bed in one middle floor bedroom with attached bathroom and a double bed in the 2nd bedroom with a hall bathroom and laundry room. The upper floor has a large kitchen, great room, and a full bathroom. The master bedroom is locked off. The basment studio suite has a kitchenette, full bathroom, a queen bed and a double bed.
- Studio kitchenette with microwave, broiler oven, coffee pot, crockpot & electric skillet (no oven)
- Relax outside: Gather around the firepit or grill up dinner on the charcoal grill
- Top story kitchen has gas stove and oven and every kind of kitchen convenience. Charcoal grill on top patio and outside fireplace on porch. Extra refrigerator on middle floor porch.
Option 2 – For $150 per night + tax and cleaning fee: Basement lock-off. 2 floors which sleeps 4. Middle floor bedrooms have the king bedroom and the double bedroom. No sleeping available on top floor.
Bathrooms: 2 full baths on middle floor plus full bath on top floor. Laundry room on middle floor.

- $100 cleaning fee for basement lock-off, $150 cleaning fee for whole house.

Pets: 1 dog with $150 pet fee. $75 is refundable if no damage or smell.

If you cancel at least 14 days prior to the reservation, your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your reservation, the deposit is automatically forfeited.
