THE BELLA ROOM
The bride’s private changing area, an awesome setting for an anniversary cake, or photo area for showers.
The Wagon Wheel Event Center brings a touch of rustic charm, perfectly complementing our timeless western setting.
This 2000 sq ft building maintains our overall rustic homestyle ambiance intertwined with elegant comfort for small or large informal or formal events. The full kitchen allows for self preparation, select our recommended caterers, or bring the caterer of your choice. Our beautiful Bella Room allows for an intimate private drawing room, tea parties, or bridal dressing area. The building can accommodate 125 guests using our covered porches. We can accommodate more using the beautiful outside acreage and canopy as well. We have many supplies at your disposal such as outside & inside decor, serving dishes and tableware, table & chairs. Our outdoor wedding or party areas are available with shady trees and arbors by the pond. Arbors and pews have been made from our milled wood. Our comfortable wagon can bring the bride or wedding party to the arbors for the ceremony. With our on-site lodging, you can make it a weekend event.

For a weekend reunion, all the fun you need is here at Wagonmaster with LOTS activities at our adventure park in an awesome mountain setting. Plus Lake Apalachia and Fields of the Wood Bible Park are both less than 4 miles from the park. Combine your destination wedding with our boat tours for a special bridal party or adventure wedding. We can bring the hairdressers, makeup artists, officiants, photographers, and other contractors to you. All our facilities are pet friendly so you can even include your family pooch in your celebration!
