Merge indoor sleeping comfort with outdoor ambiance of a trickling stream & mountain air. Watch a DVD movie at night in the A/C or by the electric fireplace heater - after grilling out by the campfire. The wash house is right next door with very clean restrooms & sinks + a private shower room just for you. The kitchenette has lots of appliances to use indoors or at the outdoor area under the canopy. You can also use the kitchen sink in the event center when it has not been reserved. Free mini golf & discounts on gem mining.   The other activities have been discontinued.  Drive to Swim or fish at nearby Lake  Hiwassee (about 15 minutes drive to dock and public boat ramp or to marinas for boat or canoe rental.)  Free WIFI on porch of general store.

RATE
$75 per night + 11% taxes based on 4 guests. Add extra guest $10 per night up to 6 guests maximim.  Cleaning fee: $45 Pet fee $25 per pet up to 2 pets.  Deposit $75.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Free mini golf with stay. Gem miniing with reservation except for winter.  Linens + towels provided. All you need to bring is food & charcoal supplies to cookout.  1 night stay available.

 PAYMENT INFORMATION
Email us with the dates you want.  We will be notified that your deposit has been paid and we will reserve the dates on the calendar.  If you want to pay the deposit by credit card without using paypal, call 828-494-9521 on Fri or Sat  or 828-494-7542 anytime to reserve.  All cabins have  access to wifi at the general store, plus  charcoal grill, a fire ring, and picnic table at cabin. Free mini golf available. 11% taxes will be added to total rental & cleaning fees as required by law.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation policy:  If you cancel at least 14 days prior to the reservation, your deposit will be refunded less a $10 administrative fee.  If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your reservation, the deposit is automatically forfeited.
