Blend indoor sleeping comfort with the outdoor ambiance of a trickling stream & mountain air. A/C or electric fireplace heater. This studio-type cabin sleeps 5 and has a private bathroom with shower and kitchenette with everything but an oven. It has lots of appliances to use indoors or at the outdoor area under the canopy. Charcoal grill, fire ring, and picnic table. Free mini golf available.   Drive to Swim or fish at nearby Lake  Hiwassee (about 15 minutes drive to dock and public boat ramp or to marinas for boat or canoe rental.)  Free WIFI  and Roku TV.

RATE
$65 per night + 11% taxes based on 2 guests. Each extra guest is $5 per stay.  Cleaning fee: $50 for 2- $60 over 2. Pet fee $25 up to 2 dogs.  No cats. Deposit $75.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation policy:  If you cancel at least 14 days prior to the reservation, your deposit will be refunded.  If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your reservation, the deposit is automatically forfeited.
